About John Wales Removals & Storage

John Wales Removals and Storage is a family run business, operating from Melksham, Wiltshire. Our office is based in Bowerhill, but we keep our vehicles and have our storage facilities in Shurnhold Farm Business Park, Melksham.

Most of our custom is within a 10-20 mile radius of Melksham covering areas such as:

Our range also includes all the smaller communities in between these areas. Generally people are only moving locally but we are happy to take them anywhere within the UK. We also have service partners who can help you move within Europe or further afield such as Australia. The business was established in 1981 and was run by John Wales until his retirement in 2003. It was bought and taken over by Wayne Munday who has expanded the business, but more importantly continues to keep the fantastic reputation that John Wales has built up and acquired over 25 years.

With a survey of the job/project before the removal is undertaken we can assess what is involved and discuss our customer's requirements. By doing this we can make sure the move is accomplished to the best of our abilities, to schedule and on time. We undertake and manage work of all sizes and requirements from single items, to full house moves, furniture installations, office relocations, internal moves and storage.
